How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel a call?

We would request 24 hours notice to cancel a call

How will I be invoiced?

You will be invoiced on 4 weekly basis

If I terminate the service will I be Charged?

There is no charge to terminate the service

What if I don't like my Carer?

We will arrange an alternative Carer at the earliest opportunity

Is there a charge to arrange my care?

We offer a free, no obligation assessment of your individual care and support needs.

Will I always have the same Carer?

We will support your care package with a small team of regular Carers to ensure continuity of care

Are the prices different at the weekend?

No

Are the prices different on Bank Holidays?

Yes, there is an enhanced rate on Bank Holidays

What if I change my mind?

There is no obligation to proceed with the service

What happens if I cancel for a period of time?

We will hold your current slot for a period of one month to allow for absences (hospital, holidays etc)
