Complex care is specialist support for someone with a chronic or long-term health condition, who requires extra assistance to manage their symptoms and day-to-day activities.
We offer complex care to individuals with significant healthcare issues such as a chronic illness or disability that can arise after receiving hospital treatment.
These health conditions could include brain damage, motorneurone disease, multiple sclerosis, gastronomy feed needs such as PEG, and many more.
Our complex care packages have a Lead Supervisor who will ensure that all the carers receive the relevant training to ensure they are delivering the highest quality of care. The Lead Supervisor will also ensure that all the equipment is safe to use, appointments are attended and that the care team are facilitating the individual to lead an independent, active and fulfilled life whenever possible.
