All new applicants during the selection process will be asked to complete an application form and then if selected at this stage will be asked to attend a values-based interview. 

Each individual will be treated equally in a non-judgemental and anti-discriminatory basis.

If you are successful in your application, we will then seek references and undertake an enhanced DBS, if the recruitment checks are satisfactory, we will then look to shadow you with an experienced carer out in the community. Once you are signed off in both medication and moving and handling competency checks you will then be able to work unsupervised in the community.
